I got a little bit of an unfill yesterday and I'm feeling *so* much better! No more heartburn, reflux, or aspirating last night. Hallelujah!

Ugh... unhappy lapband camper here, with killer heartburn. I'm going to tough it out through the weekend, and if it doesn't pass, I'll have to go in for a partial unfill. =(

It's time to head back to the gym, I suppose. I stopped working out after a pulled muscle, and my weight loss has plateaud at 249 for a month, in spite of counting calories. Here's hoping I can get things moving again!

I'm owning up to the fact that I've been eating around my band. Not just occassionally, but consistantly. I'm taking my portions back to where they should be, and weighing my food. It's possible I may need a fill, but I can't tell if I'm not eating proper band portions.

I'm slightly obsessed with my collar bones. As I lose weight, they're starting to stick out more, and I can't stop poking and prodding them! LOL!

A happy realization: the weight that is on my driver's license is now only a 15 lb fib, instead of a 50 lb whopper!
