I started over with my band in February of 2013 at 284 lbs. I'm committing myself to doing things right this time, and I am learning all I can about nutritionally sound weight loss.
It's time to head back to the gym, I suppose. I stopped working out after a pulled muscle, and my weight loss has plateaud at 249 for a month, in spite of counting calories. Here's hoping I can get things moving again!
