I have gained and lost weight for the past 30 years. I have tried redux, various diets, overeaters anon, weight watchers- and I always lost but gained it back. 4 years ago my husband died and a year ago I lost my job of 20 years. I moved to a new location for a better quality of life and I need to lose the weight in order to start a new life. My health is beginning to suffer becuase of my weight. My surgery is scheduled for 1/18/10 and I am excited but nervous.
