What's up LapBand Family..lol Haven't been on in a while but wanted to get back plugged in. It's been 3 years since I got my band. Did pretty good and lost 50 pounds. Kinda plateauing. Anyone got any suggestions?

Hey there. Just wanted to let you know I am recovering well. I am a week post surgery and I am down 20 pounds. Just got moved to phase 2 of my diet. Thanks for your encouragement.

Hey thanks bro....the soreness is finally starting to go away and I today I feel somewhat back to normal. Im looking forward to getting the ok to start working out.

Hey Tony I watched you You Tube video. That is a great idea. Thanks for sharing all the great information. I think I will follow your lead and do the same. You are right their are a lot of men out there that are curious about getting a lap band and I want to help increase awareness.

Hey thanks for checking on me. Everything went well. I am officially banded now :-) Just going through the recovery process now. How was your recovery process? Did it last very long?

Hey everyone....Surgery was a success :-) I had it on friday morning and the released me from the hospital on Sat morning. OK ...I need you all to help me through this. I have a few staples on my incisions and my belly area is really sore. How long can I expect the soreness to last?

Surgery is in 2 days. I am excited and nervous at the same time!!!
