Had a lifelong battle with weight. In 1998 - I began eating healthy and working out and lost 149 lbs. From 364 to 215 and felt great. It took about a year. Over the past 11 years, I have gained back up to 323. I will have the Lap Band 2/16/10

The Journey Updated January 31, 2010

My journey to live life again begins on February 1, 2010... the journey actually began a long time ago, but the Lap Band Chapter begins on Feb 1. I will start the 2 week pre-op Opti-Fast liquid diet regimen in preparation for my Lap Band Surgery on 2/16/20 with Dr. David Kim @ Forest Park Medical Center here in Dallas TX!
