Ravyn, I was there before this last fill. I found that if I ate mostly protein and stayed away from the shakes that I stayed fuller longer. if you want to do a shake type thing, I got some shake/pudding mixes by Wonder Slim from Diet Direct and made it as pudding, It has a thicker consistency and I also like string cheese...which since the last fill doesn't go down so well. chicken too...that happened today-not pretty!!
