Quionna

Hello all, My name is Quionna and I am a 28 year old Air Force wife. I have a 9 month old daughter, and I would love to live to see her grow up. I am 5'10 in height and weigh around 270 pounds. I have high cholestorol, borderline diabetes, and some other health problems. I am approved for my initial consulation through my insurance, and I am awaiting the time to go to the seminar. I will be attending the seminar this month. I am really excited about the surgery, and would be open to any discussion.
