I have been referred by my PCP for the surgery. I have taken the first step in contacting the bariatric clinic in my area. I go for the first appt. on 1/9/2010. I am very excited and nervous at the same time. I have Anthem Blue preffered HMO. I fall into the guidelines so I hope that I get approved without alot of hassle. I am ready to be that healthy happy mom and wife that I know I can be.
