I am one of those people that can diet and loose weight I just always backslide and gain it back, so Ive decided to get banded as a tool to correct the over-eating. I do exercise 5 days a week, but have still managed to gain back 30 of the 60lbs I lost last year. I want to loose 85lbs, but Im worried about "sagging skin". Ive had a hard time convincing my husband that I need to do this, and he thinks I will just want more surgery later to remove the skin. Im hoping that I can tighten it up with exercise.....but I am 48, Is this a pipe dream? Im 5'10 and weigh 230, hoping to get down to 150, I have no idea how much skin Im even talking about, my husband keeps reminding me that Im not supposed to look like a 20yr old.....but Im not supposed to resemble a Shar pei either.Any words of wisdom out there?
