Well after my 2 young daughters came to me and told me they were scared I wouldnt be there for there weddings when they get older. I decided that it was time to really do something to change my lifestyle. I had tried several diets, programs in the past and had some sucess but never kept with it. I looked into the lapband and researched for about 3-4 months before deciding to do it.. and it was the best thing ive ever done in my life . had my surgery sept 14 2009 and have lost about 50 pounds so far,,, and am looking forward to losing another 100 to 120 pounds...
