    Wow, what a amazing transformation! Was it a hard to follow the rules? I have heard if you eat something that is greasy or bad for you, you pay for it pretty quickly, is that true?

    1st pic taken on 12/15/09 (7 days before surgery) 2nd pic taken 12/29/09 (7 days after surgery) Not sure how much I have lost thus far. It's not so noticeable, but everyone I know has commented that they can tell. I just can't wait til I can. =)
