i would like a copy of the diet your doc put u on before surgery. my surgery is march 11th so excited! i go on the 22nd for my pre op diet. i have been replacing one meal a day with a protein shake and maybe a light yogurt, trying to work upto all liquid all day mode >.< i think its gonna be tough.
