Greetings; my name is Gomez.. I was banded on the 22nd of January. Both my nutritionist and surgeon have included smooth soups, yogurt, and sugar, fat free puddings. Is this other peoples experience? While I am losing weight I wonder about the quantity I am consuming. I realize when I move to the blended diet there will be more severe restrictions on quantity..I was just wondering what other peoples experiences were moving from liquid to blended
