Just the beginning for me.  In many ways I feel that taking this step, while i recognize it as a chance to change how I deal with food and try and keep the weight off, it feels like surrendering...kind of like because I wasn't able to do this on my own its an indication of failure.  I admit that was not put very well but you get  the idea.  From 1991 to about 95 I was pretty fit...running exercising regularly..and I had a pretty regular schedule.  I changed work around 94 and started working on film crews.  Very erratic work schedule...LOTS AND LOTS of really good food..hence I gained about 75 lbs over the last 13 years.  Anyway here I am and looking to discuss this with others in a similar situation.
