Glad to hear from you! sorry it took me a bit to respond. I was feeling down and probably more mad at myself for even being down know that this is a journey. I have no patience and its a struggle to loose weight and then be in fear that your going to gain it back because your not feeling full fast enough! So how is the 5cc doing for ya? I got 1cc added today and so I have a total of 4cc in my band now and finally feeling full faster. I will probably get addl 1cc added next wed until I get to the green zone!
