My story.....well I have been overweight my whole life. I have been on a "diet" more than I have been off. I finally decided enough was enough and looked into the lap band. With my mom and sister's encouragement, I made the jump. I went to my first seminar at the end of July and made my first consultation appointment for 8/3/09. I kept things moving along so I would not get off track. Before I knew it, November 19th was here and I was banded. Now I am just continuing this journey...
