Hey girl. Thanks for you comment on my blog. Everyone is different and adjusts to the band different ways. Keep a positive attitude and let the Band serve as a tool to help you lose the weight. It's not going to take it all off for ya, you have to put in the work too. I joined a gym about a month after getting banded and have been full force since then. Good luck on your journey...keep me updated!

Hi! Thanks for the comments on my blog. The best thing for me was to exercise daily. It got me moving and grooving and dropping the pounds. But I did fun stuff like the Wii Fit, Belly Dancing, Water Aerobics....etc.
