I decided to have something done for my 50th birthday after being heavy all my life. If was a great decision and keeps me honest with my eating habits. You can't stuff yourself otherwise you'll get sick. Just made it through the holidays and actually lost a couple pounds instead of putting on 5 to 10lbs.
