    I can't find the post now but someone was just talking about buying cocotien for their protein intake. Has anyone tried this? Does it taste like isopure (because BLEH!!!!)? Had never heard of it til now and just curious what others experience was.

    Okay so step back and look at what you wrote....your surgery was less than a month ago and you've lost 14 pounds. You're losing 1/2 a pound a day. That's 1750 calories worth of fat that you are burning off your body daily. You are doing fabulously! Try to stop fretting about the number on the scale, do what your doctor says, and enjoy the ride! You'll get there!

    Agreed, <3 my nuvaring! I don't trust pills post RNY, WAY too many about to be new mommas around here!!! The shot can cause significant ant weight gain. I had a Mirena and didn't like the hormonal side effects.

    It's a ring you insert vaginally, leave in place x 3 weeks then remove x1 week....however, my gym let me in on the secret of keeping it in for 4 weeks then switching to the new one. I've had 1 period in 6 months! HW 312, pre-op (RNY) 255, current weight 199

    6 month diet paperwork

    When I fill them out for patients they typically are similar....I'll do things like 'add 5 minutes of walking twice daily and decrease simple carbs in diet, increase Protein to at least 60 grams daily'. I have never had an issue with patients getting approved. I also give the patient some type of computer generated print out on diet and/or exercise. I think ypthe insurance co just want to know you were there and something was discussed weight loss wise. HW 312, pre-op (RNY) 255, current weight 199

    It was 6 weeks before I had any sensation of full, 4 months before it was a real full sensation.

    Wouldn't change a thing. I got away, I walked out, and no matter how much he begged cried, threatened, I didn't go back. Once I realized how freaking strong I was for doing that, it was all fine. Do what you need to do for you and your children. No one deserves physical or emotional abuse, no one deserves to be spoken down too and ridiculed.

    12 grams of Protein, 80 calories....much less 'greeky' than the other Greek yogurts. Coconut vanilla and pineapple are my favorites.

    Dannon light and fit 2X Protein Greek, this happens to be one of the blends but there are regular flavors in a 4 pack as well, it's with the Greek yogurts not the other Dannon light an fit yogurts.

    Chocolate Jello w fortified protein

    You can also use sugar free instant pudding mix, add whatever flavor Protein you like, mix the 2 powders then add low fat milk per the pudding directions. Sets up like regular pudding, if its cold the protein flavor is less obnoxious. HW 312, pre-op (RNY) 255, current weight 199
