Hey Its been a week now and I think I'm doing really well. First post op check up with my surgeon tomorrow morning so will see for sure. It was really hard at first to drink all of the necessary fluids but got easier quick.

I get most of the protein in because I kind of put that together with the liquids by drinking protein shakes, kill two birds with one stone. Small sips constantly is the best way, it definitely is not comfortable to drink a lot at once!

How are you doing? Are you able to get in enough proteinand fluids? Are you hungry?

Hey I see your getting banded around the same time as I did, I was banded Jan 5th and good so far. Good luck

I'm getting banded on 01-1-10.

I'm having my band placed on 01-15-2010! I'm so excited. i may hve a small hiatal hernia and if it needs repairing it could in crease by risk of band slippage. Has anyone else had this problem?
