Started Zumba class at the park district tonight. It was one hour and a lot of fun. I need to make sure I take it easy when exercising. I am so thankful for my family and friends. The surgery should definitely help you. My surgeon had said that after the banding and weight loss he has had many patients get pregnant. Patients that had been trying for years and had been unsuccessful had gotten pregnant. The lap-band could end up being better than a fertility doctor.
