I work about 60 hours per week and have a 2 year old daughter. I want to make the fullest out of the time I spend with my family. I want my 30's to be fun and be able to look back on them with a smile. I want to do this for many reasons and I hope that it meets my expectations. I know from reading that the first several months are not easy and for some it is hellish. I'm a strong person and I'm not afraid. I want to change my life and I do not want my weight to hold me back any longer.
