    Weight gain starting on solids

    Just be sure that when you go to solids you are eating healthy foods, drinking plenty of water and keeping your calories low. You should feel good and continue to lose.

    My Dr. tried a newer method wher she went through my belly button so I have one from my port and one other small one.

    -Painting my own toe nails - not being out of breath after 1 flight of stairs -Wearing slacks and a belt and not try to cover my mid section with a sweater or vest I'm only 31. - I have cloths in size 10-16 that still have price tags on them - Wearing a swim suit in public

    treadmill help!

    I have a tread mill and have went to the gym on and off for the last 10 years and I think 5 minutes at 2.0 is fine if you have not been doing it. Do that for a couple days then go to 6 min and so on until you hit 30 min at varing speeds. Remember to start out the first minute slower then gradually speed up to your peak speed hold it for a minute or two then slowly come back down.

    Hi, I have to complete 4 appointments prior to surgery my first is this Tuesday. I'm so excited I hope to be banded in February some time. Good Luck!!

    Will be banded on 01/20/2010

    Hi, I'm hoping to get banded before Feburary 14th. Just starting my preop tests I'm also at 250. I will be following your posts. Do you have any special plans for your post surgery diet. I'm thinking of getting some weight watcher cook books.
