I have been comtemplating Lap Band surgery for close to 5 years now. I wanted to take the time to explore all of my weight loss options and do my complete research before making a decision. I am 1 week out and feeling confident about my decision to have WLS. I feel like there is still so much for me to learn. I am looking forward to my journey to get healthy!
