Hey Dawn! Thanks for the nice words...I feel so much younger!
I start the day with half an Atkins Protein bar and some fruit. First thing in the morning, my pouch can't handle much. Every 3 hours I have about 75% protein & 25% good carbs. I eat 5 times a day no more than 3/4 cup total. I exercise but not regularly like I should. I REALLY do need to start going to gym regularly and doing the weight circuit. My skin has done really well but after 100 pounds I think I do need to start toning up.
I think 80 pounds by the end of August is totally do-able, especially if you were just banded! I suggest keeping a journal of your food. 65-75 grams of protein and 29+ grams of fiber...Fiber is something you REALLY want to be faithful with! Skimping on that causes constipation pretty bad with the high protein diet! 64 ounces of water + is very important too. Well, hope I've helped ya...if ya have any more questions, feel free to ask!
