  1. Yea I am about to have to start getting rid of stuff too! I wear a uniform to work during the summer season, so far it has been easy to just "alter" the capris. But I am getting too small for the type of alter I know how to do hehe. A tiny bit off topic, but does anyone have a good tailor that can alter clothes? In the Houston, Texas area. I have quite a few dresses/slacks that I will need again when the summer season is over and we are back to business casual and it will cost a small fortune to re-wardrobe my closet! Good thing about it is, it always seems easier to find smaller size clothing =)
  2. Also remember that food like the noodles can possibly "swell" up in your stomach pouch. I have been pretty much playing it by trial and error after surgery. For me, I can eat some noodles, but one bite of rice or bread (even eggs!) and I am stuck for an hour! And yes, go liquid for a day or so and you will feel better again! I always tell my friends that this wasn't a miracle weight loss surgery.. the hardest part of our loosing the weight is still in eating, just a different way:wink2: Good luck to you!
