Hi Southern Leo, I am feeling great. Better than I have in years in fact. I have had a couple of issues the past 2 days with minor stomach pain but I think it was caused by over doing it on the elliptical machine. I couldn't believe how easy it was comapred to just a few weeks ago so I think I pushed it a little too far.
