I really like optifast its really good im surprice i think i could eat this stuff everyday.

On day three of optifast its not going so bad i can go most of the day with only having a shake for breakfast and lunch but night time is when i get angry, when would i notice if I'm losing weight?

Hi so why do some people have to do two weeks and other three??? when is your surgery? mine is on aug 1 today is my first day on optifast its going pretty good but supper is coming up.

Well breakfast was not so bad this morning vanilla optifast with 3 frozen strawberries it was like eating cake mix lol. its going to be lunch time soon. only 13 more days to go

I got my blood test done next wednesday i start optifast time is going by so fast. I just hope i can do as well as everyone else. Saw my doctor yesterday his really weird he told me i will never be skinny:rolleyes than he told me sometimes weight lost surgery dont work :think but if i did it would help my blood pressure ( It only goes up when i see him) but he did tell me that i could get my tt cover by health care. And he told me health care should give me what they would pay for the bypass toward the lap band lol.

I book my surgery about one month ago lots of people know i want to get it done but not to many knows that i actually book the date. No one though i would get the $16 000. I haven't told my parents cause they are just going to put me down about it anyways. My dad told my husand one of my mom friend got it done 25 years ago and it didnt work for her. Everyone that i told too are so happy for me and they just hope i will be happy and healthy.

I like her and her show but when it come to your health you need to do what ever you can and yes if we had her money we could get stuff done and no one would know.

I have told so many people about the band its all i have been researching and talking about for the past year but now that my day is coming what if i don't lose any weight wow wont i look stupid, and broke.

I am determined to show health care too since they are giving me such a hard time with the lap band. The doctor told me they should give me what ever $$$ they cover for the bypass that would be nice. Anyways you don't get anywhere without trying so I'm trying to fight health care.

Got my blood test back my cholesterol is little bit high and i might be diabetic my blood tested 7 but I'm not going to go back and get retested again after i get the band and lose some weight then i will.

I dont have ohip i have Yukon health care.

I just bough some liquid multi vitamin i didn't try them yet but i should and i will let you know how they taste I'm so bad i forgetting to take pills, i don't remember last time i took vitamins.
