Well i got to meet Dr C today, really nice guy. And he show me a band wow. Anyways surgery is tomorrow at 2pm. bye

still on optifast and i have lost 8lb i still have 5 days before surgery but should i be losing more? i go walking every day i do 4k and sometimes 8k im trying really hard not to cheat.

If your not losing weight fast on optisfast , does that mean your going to be a slow loser with the band?. I see some people who lose 20lb on optifast, just curious. thanks

My husband made me a sturfry, and i cant eat it I'm sick and tired of veggies I just want to go and trow up:faint:Im going to stick with optifast tonight.

So my surgery is in 5 days, my husband keeps asking me if I'm nervous but I'm not is that normal? It's like it's not a big deal anymore i don't think about it much anymore it's kinda like i think maybe it wont happened. so whats wrong with me?

Oh sorry been on optifast since july 18. -
They change my surgery from 8am to 2pm so no water or anything else after 12am wow the no water part is going to be hard.

You cant claim the surgery if its not done in canada and its suposed to be the closes city to you.

I feel so bad right now I'm crying I had half of a chicken breast :omg: so does that mean I'm going to fell with the lap band and maybe i should just cancel my surgery? This is really hard i like the optifast but i get tired of the veggies. -

I am on day 5 of optifast and veggie and I'm so hungry does anyone know how good McDs would look like right now, i only have 9 more days of it, i like optifast but im not full. I would be happy with a some shrimp. -

I was thinking about ordering some more and maybe drinking one or two a day after my surgery would that help me lose more weight? after your back to solid food. I was thinking about ordering some myoplex but optifast is just as good.
