I use medicard from Dr C webpage, im happy i did it but i should of when and see what the bank was offering i got 16000 over 5 years so i made one payment and refinance my house no way in hell i will pay 250$ interested a month. hope that helps you.

I use Dr C and he lets my family doctor do the fills, he might have doctor's in BC I know he as some in Alberta and other places. -

I got the vanilla optifast and i really did like it, I put some ice cube in it and some fruit like 3 strawberries or blueberries or raspberries and sometimes i put some banana flavoring. not sure if that helps.

Dr. C talk to my Dr and everything is good with my band, no problem but i don't think i will be getting a fill for a little while. since i have lost 18.4lb since august first on my surgery date.

I'm happy Dick won, did anyone notice that Danielle boyfriend was not there last night? and Nick was trying to stick to her like clue. I dont think she would of share the money with her dad.

Well went to the hospital today for a xray it was cool got to see my band, and the port everything looks good but she need to call Dr. C. It's not where she though it was and she told me its going to be difficult to do a fill but there is not that many people in whitehorse with a band yet.

Do you ever snacks in between meal? i usually have a yogurt or apple sauce and i guess I'm not supposed too oups.

Well i just hope it's she really couldn't find it because she as not done to many of them. I will find out on monday morning going for a xray or something, I really cant afford to go back to Ontario to get something fix.

Well the fill didnt happend, My family doctor try but wow its hurt she touch something. but she stop were going to have to go to the hospital and do a xray or a light not sure but i hope everything is going to be ok.

Hello there I'm planing my holidays for April, and we are spending 5 nights in Hawaii on the way to Australia so where should i stay and see? and i don't want to stay in a $200 a night hotel please help.

We are going to be on The Big Island, My sister in law is suposed to come and meet us from Australia cant wait. I love going on holidays.

I feel like i can eat more then a cup but i try to be carefull. I never know what to eat, my diet include chicken and shrimps the only time i have vegy is in soup.

I only had to do 7 days of each stage of the diet, I have been on regular food since wednesday. As for the rap well i pick the chicken out and eat that. As for the tortilla well i could only eat a cup of it with dip. -

I haven't paid to much attention but its been like this all day this morning i had yogurt then for lunch i when to subway had a chicken wrap was not really good. Then for supper i had some spinach dip with tortillas not going to have anything else today just going to wait until tomorrow and start fresh. I dont feel like being sick or anything nothing is coming back up. -
Pete and I are planing our holidays for this April, I can't wait to go and visit my family in Australia. So how much weight can i loss by then? I am looking forward to the plane ride being more comfy, and not to have to cover up with a jacket. Oh and the beach.
