I have tried to lose weight all my life , just to gain it back each time I even thought about ,getting off of a diet. Hopefully that struggle is over . I have had several surgeries, foot, knees , and hip. All due to being over weight. I was banded 2 mos ago , and I can already tell the difference. I have lost 20 pounds and I am not finished yet.
