Thanks Leigha! I have been working out almost every day. I walk during my breaks at work and then I either run on the treadmill at night or I do a Walk Away the Pounds video for 35-60 mins, depending on my energy level but I need to start doing some weight or resistance training. I need to start toning but I'm too obsessed with the #'s on the scale right now. I keep saying, 5 more pounds and I'll start. I need to get over the # on the scale and start paying more attention to how I look and feel. I wish I would have measured myself when I 1st started this. Oh well. But congrats, again. You look amazing!!
