hi all. i am only on day 4 after surgery. I woke up this morning SO thirsty!!! I'm trying to stick to the plan and only drink 200ml per hour, but finding this so difficult!! Is there anything that you've noticed which will keep you satisfied for a long period of time and not so thirsty?? please help - i don't want to stretch the new pouch, but i cannot seem to quench my thirst?
