Hello, My name is Shanae Im 34 years old i live in pueblo co. im married and have 2 childeren.im having the lap band done on the 6th of jan. the big day is finally here. all the insurance req. take so much time i never thougth there was light at the end of the insurance tunnel lol... there r so many ???? i have like what protein shakes r the best and cost less multi vit. and the diet before surgery , how did u survive.
