Well, I started out at 245...and at first the weight loss was good. I think more of it was mental, I was eating good, and started to exercise after a bit, and was really excited. I got my first fill, about two months after the surgery, and eating became a little difficult. I was overeating, because I waited too long to eat, so I was starving, and shoveling the food in my mouth as fast as I could get it in there...but soon after, I was getting hungry alot quicker, so I got a second fill...again the same result. I got my third fill about eight weeks ago, and the eating is alot more difficult. I cannot eat bread at all, or rice. I still wait too long to eat, so am starving when I do eat. I have lost the motivation, and no longer work out. I am so disappointed in myself, after I spent that money to get it done, and got it approved through the insurance, which by the way is awesome, I only had to pay $200.00 for the procedure. I feel like I have let myself down. I dont know what to buy in the grocery store, and quite frankly have stopped cooking, because there is only me....and I hate cooking for one. Tonight I was craving chicken gizzards with gravy, bad idea...it cackame up about ten minutes after I ate it, and I felt like I was having a heart attack...I was in so much pain. One of my big problems, is I am having trouble getting over the sodas....I know I am not supposed to have them, but cannot seem to give them up......has someone been through this, what can I do? I like to plan my meals if I am going to cook, and I would like to have a grocery list prepared, and know exactly what to fix, so I dont get sick, and I can start loosing again. I started taking vitamins, because I was vitamin deficient...I was sick all the time. I dont think I am getting enough protein....but am sick of protein shakes....and sick of yogurt! HELP!!!!
