Hello Everyone.... I am preparing for surgery next month. I am really scared about it. Not so much the surgery itself. But that it wont work and I will have wasted $10K that It took me forever to get. If I cant follow Weight Watchers how will I be able to follow all the rules about eating with the Lap Band? Do you need absolute self control? I guess I am in need of some reassurance and advice from others who are just starting their journey and the veterans who I can really learn from.
