Hi Billiejolupo... I am in PA. But I am going to Geisinger in Danville for mine. I haven't gone to any groups yet, except the nutrition class at the hospital. I have to get my arse in gear tho, because I am slacking big time. I think I fell into a 'gung-ho' pattern at first, but now, eh, it's back to my old routines. Until yesterday, that is!! PMS week is AWFUL for me...I get sooo hungry for ANYTHING. Do you have any problems like that? I might post something on here about it...see what help I might get!
