    i gave them all away to friends and some to a friend that has a place at the swap meet.....she was really happy because she got to make some money out of my huge clothes.

    hi today i had a zumba class, and then lifted some weights, total an hour and a half.....it felt really really good. tomorrow i have my one hour class of kickboxing.:biggrin:

  20. i definitely suggest you go for the surgery, we all want to say we will be able to do it alone, but it is really really hard. i did it for health reasons, i want to live and see my grandchildren grow. and i definitely knew i needed extra help. it has definitely been a lifechanging experience, and my lifestyle and eating habits have changed, but it has all been for the best. go for it!!!:grouphug:

  22. hi, i got mine in mexicali with dr. aceves. i really recommend him. he's great and his staff is very professional and most of all reliable. on telling your family, well i would suggest for you to sit down and talk to them and tell them how you feel and that this is a very good option for you. you won't regret your decision. goodluck and please keep us posted.:thumbup:

    Lost all motivation

    i agree with everyone on this forum, don't give up...you've already taken a big step and you need to move forward not backwards.....you need to repeat to yourself that you can do it and that everything is possible. everytime you have a craving, try to get out and rather than eat, take a walk and distract yourself.
  24. i wait and get new clothes until i feel they look extremely loose. then i go and find good sales....like this 4th of july weekend - it was great!!!:confused:

    if you keep having gas, the only thing that will help you is walk walk walk and more walk....believe me it's the best thing. wish you the best.:thumbup:
