don't read the bad things, read only the good things!! plus read all you can about your doctor, he's the one you should rely on completely and just be sure he's the one you can trust the most. goodluck!!!

when did you start exercising?

some patients wait up to 6 weeks, i started at 4 weeks....i really wanted to start losing more weight and so i headed quickly to the gym. started with some weight lifting and some cardio - at slow pace - but little by little i've been getting better at it plus the weight loss has been wonderful. goodluck:thumbup: -

i had my sleeve with Dr. Aceves in Mexicali - it's a 4 hr drive to Las Vegas - or a one hour flight. aprox. He and his staff are very professional and reliable. I have nothing but good comments about him and the hospital's service. Check them out!!:confused: -

patience and lots of willpower!!! what worked for me was that i kept myself busy all day and that helped me a lot.........so just keep your mind on something else, i know it sounds easy, and it is difficult but, I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!!!! goodluck:thumbup: -

yes it did happen to me too.....my instructor explained this was perfectly normal because i had been lifting some weights....and you do gain muscle weight. but after 3 weeks or so i started losing weight!!! so keep it up, you'll definitely see the results.:thumbup:
