I truly believe this is definately your choice and what best suits your situation. I was very open about my procedure and I felt that for me I needed to be open about it, because it would make me more accountable for making sure I succeded as to not be seen as a failure, but that was my choice. I also work for Allergan the maker of the band, so I am proud of that as well. -

I agree with Jean...your band should not hurt a slight unfill now can make the difference. If weeks from now you feel like you don't have enough restriction, then you can always go back! That is the good part of it! -
My dr also mentioned that with rapid weightloss there would be a period of no energy it will eventually turn around, but yes Protein and vitamins do help!

Alright! I'm so ready to take this on by the horns again! I am on a mission to lose 20lbs.....I have lost 100lbs...gained 8 and now on a mission to losse a total of 110lbs! Can I do it? Tell me I can!!!

I know it feels bad, but in a couple days you will fee much better...just walk, walk, walk and sip, sip, sip! You will one day look back and say it was so worth it! I am 1 lb from my 100lb loss!. Good luck!
