That is great!!!! I went to class on Thrusday and had lost 6 pounds due to the shakes in 7 days. My surgery is scheduled for July 7. I havent posted any pictures yet. Keep up the good work.

You are inspiration to me. I am 39 and weigh 238 my highest weight. My surgery is scheduled for 7/7/10. I want to hit 40 in August fine!!!!! I start my presurgery diet tomorrow (23 days early).
