FINALLy down 45 lbs, & it's feeling great!

man i feel bad i've been so late responding to this haha. yeah the gym def helps a lot. i stopped going a month or so ago because i got my prom dress fitted... and then fitted again and it was still too big and the lady told me that there was no way i could work out and still wear that dress lol! so far to date i've lost 39. how much have you lost?

Sorry ive been boycotting everything WLS for awhile..lol..i have been trying to calorie count and just make better choices and i am down to 303.9 from 315.1 (March 1st)...so i am trying to get back on track and loose more before December...thanks for asking!! how is your weight loss going??

i get really busy with school as well!

i'm doing pretty good.

i was banded in january & i've lost 21 lbs.

but since june i've lost like 43,

cause i was dieting before i was banded!

so i'm feeling great!
