I have recently been approved for the lapband and my surgery date is Dec 28,2009. I have read and heard so many people talking about the problems they have had with the band (hunger, vomiting, band slippage, frustration finding your "sweet spot", etc) that I'm having serious doubts about wanting to go through with the surgery.
