Hi! Looked at your pictures and you look FABULOUS! I was banded on 3/17/10 and I am down from my highest weight of 333 in September 2009 to 239 - so 94 pounds this year! I read that your loss has slowed down a bit - and right now that is what is happening to me. I go down a pound, up 2, down a few, up a few. I hate the bouncing around! Can I ask what calorie level you stay at each day? My goal weight is 175...and I can't wait!
