I feel the same, I take a soluble paracetamol and its a little fizzy so it seems to help a little. tastes awful though

Hi Bella_in_n_out I too got my banding done on Tuesday the 8th. I have up and go cereal drink for breakfast, soup for lunch and dinner. Try custard in the carton, its runny and soothing. Today is Friday and I am feeling not too bad, a bit swollen and tight in the abs but feeling fine. Can not wait for my first fill and start seeing results.
