    8/6/2010 mir just had my checkup done yesterday, blood sugar perfect 98 Normal, Blood pressure 138/79 good, HDL Cholestrol 45 low, Total Choleterol 146 good, HDL Ration 3.3 Normal...Now am only Obese, not morbidly obese. MY BMI used to be 46.0 and now is 37.8. I could not be any happier...
