Tina, yes I am having a hard time with solids also. It seems early in the morning even mushies are hard and as the day goes by it gets better, but not easy. I tried chicken breast the size of a pencil eraser and thought I was going to die...So right now tuna and salmon are my friends. As far as the running. I started on a how to learn how to run program. It starts you out on 2 min walk, 90 sec run and increases as you go...but let me tell you when you see senior citizens running right past you with not a drop of sweat, OMG But I tell you, as weight has dropped and my excercise increased I feel great. I had to slow down for 2 weeks due to the port surgery but cannot wait to get right back at it..
