I am so glad to hear your first fill went well and it is a great time to get it before all the holiday eating. I find that the mental part is harder. We both started at almost the same weight. I had my surgery in feb. and I am at 207. I hoped to get out of the 200's but I had surgery last tuesday for girl stuff and cannot exercise for two weeks. But no worries, I sooo love my band!

Hola! I have been stuck at 207, but not worried, I wanted to be below 200 by jan 1st but I just had surgery for woman problems on tuesday, so I am thinking the general anestesia and not being able to exercise for the next two weeks wont help me get to that goal. I am so grateful for the changes so far and not getting upset about it...How are you doing? Have a great holiday! God Bless> m-

All is good, I saw my mom and dad back home and went to a my cousins 50th bday party and my family was in complete awww..I am so blessed to have such a great family. Cannot wait to go back next summer! Summer 2011 cannot wait!!

Thank you what I meant was I could barely swallow saliva, and was completely dehydrated and as soon as she took out half of what she added, I was able to without any problem. I too do not want to ever feel that way. I lost 12 lbs from fri to mon from the dehydration, so as soon as I go liquids back in and a week later I keep 9 lbs of the 12 off. My goal is to be under 200 by january 1. so 7 lbs to go...we will see..God Bless, m-
