Yeah! we started almost at the same weight. My surgery was 2/23 and I am at 214.4, cannot wait to be under the 200's. Keep taking pictures as many as you can full body, face...there are days the scale does not move but if you can go back and see where you started at it keeps motivating..God Bless, M- -

I love this picture, my brother and I Thanksgiving vacation. It was the first time we were together since he went to Iraq for his second tour of duty. I love him so much. He makes me proud. M- -

This is about 3 weeks post op, I was banded on Sept 2. I have lost 23 pounds so far. Sorry for the grainy pic, I took this with my phone!Lol!

Wow, you can so tell so quickly. Take as many pictures and post them, this will keep you motivated when the pounds dont fall as fast. It is great to be able to see where we started and where we are. God Bless, M- -
You look fabulous! I have been stuck on 215 now for weeks...Im riding it out. I have been exercising, eating right..Im told it is my first plateau, so hoping that I can just get thru it. I do look back at my pictures and am so amazed how far I have gotten, so 215 is just a number...hehe I feel great, just cannot wait to be under 199!! God Bless, M- -
