Thanks everyone for your support. I really needed it. So yesterday was hell...I was hungry the whole time and all I could think about was food. Now I am on day two and I feel a lot better. I am still wicked hungry but am not thinking as much about food. I even had to stop this morning to grab my kids something quick for breakfast from McDonalds after a Orthodontist appointment. They got the cinnamon melts and they smelled so good but it wasn't that bad. I have to say that I think I can do this now. I didn't feel like I could yesterday. I am not hungry now as much as I am tired. I am taking in 60-70 grams of protein a day but am limited to only 22grams of net carbs. I have no calorie restriction but I think that carbs is harder to restrict than calories. Everything has carbs in it! So I have coffee in the morning with some unflavored protien powder in it (Unjury) 20grams protien. A shake for lunch 40 grams protien, green tea through out, lots of water, and for dinner I have chicken broth and a half of protien shake 20 protien. That is all I can have. But it works for me I guess.
